How can I receive/request my child(ren)’s medical records?
Please contact us at medicalrecords@kidscarehh.com or call us at 866-919-3240 EXT 376 to request medical records. If a school or outside agency is requesting records, they can fax us a request along with a release of information (consent) to 877-300-7394.
Why Home Health?
Our clinical teams consists of over 700 fully-licensed therapists across the country. KidsCare completes a background check and full orientation with each therapist prior to any home visits. With the flexibility to see patients in their homes, our therapists are able to customize a care plan to improve the quality of life of your child. Each session includes one-on-one training with your child as well as caregiver instructions.
